  • Yeah, tough to find the words to describe the experience in those years- new music, new parties, like some massive communal awakening. When I get the words, expect a story.

  • mental memories---try explaining to someone what it was like--words cant describe....

Hardcore will never die, is what we said back then, and to be able to go back for one night? dont think my body could take the sweating, eating my own jaw...LOL

  • Oh to be able to go back for just 1 night...

  • Good Times would not change anythink I did back then in the late 80's early 90's. shout to all the oldskool ravers. shout to the original Fantazia crew, and the Universe crew awesome nights. and a big high 5 to all the other promoters. Sunrise Amnesia House, Dreamscape, Helter Skelter, so many more....ps this was a wicked night.., ;-)

  • I didn't go to any raves....got with my man at the age of 15 in '93 he'd been there done that I was too young. First rave jungle fever on my 30th birthday no alcohol no drugs buzzed off the tunes and atmosphere till 6am. pure bedroom pirate radio memories kept me going! love and unity to all mwah....

  • How I would love to have gone to events like this but unfortunately I was a little too young and my parents would not have allowed it if I had known of an event I could go to. My and my friends experience of rave was through mix tapes and some flyers being passed around at school. It's strange to hear the younger people on here commenting that they would love to have gone to such an event but they can take some consolation that some of us older ones never managed it either. It makes me sad.

  • Fuck Glasto' in the 70's, This is where I would go if I could time travel!

  • love playing this in the london summertime wish more people my age listened to this music :)

  • samples the korgis - everybodys got to learn sometime

  • PLEASE God ! Give me the Powers. to Rewind Time, just this once!

  • Gutted I was too young for all that, I didnt start going out till 4 years later. Thats how its done though ;)

  • I'm really happy after who knows how many years I found this song

seems to me it lacked all those years to regain the strength I once had. now I am born again ... Greetings everyone

  • 1992=No glowsticks Required.

  • Those were the days. :)

  • my first year at uni 91/92, slamming the shite out of the DF (dance floor), arms rotating like a f**ked up windmill - and everyone was doing the same !!!

good times man, dam good times...

  • dreamscape jackets with the detachable badge ont back!

  • At the end of "Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind" there is a slow ballad version of this song.

There's another classic rave anthem which I don't the title of, but here is the slow version by Elisa called "Rock Your Soul".

  • ps.....this version, I've been looking for this one sice about '95.....I think.....and X-hale found one here at a certain moment..and then it got removed.....so today, I thought...what the......and...I found more than one !!!!

I love you for placing it here !!

  • gekkehuissie !!! This is my ultimate FAVO track ever !!! Goosebumps by seeing the vid !! ;) :) .......the best years of my life.....and we've been there !!! done them, and I've enjoyed them more then than I'll ever be abel to cherisch them ;)) , but the love for this beautiful gift......will NEVER die, hahahahahha, THANXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX !!!!!!! this is a very nice beginnig of the week.....*smile*...... greetzz debora

  • It brings a lump 2 my the back of my throat when I think of all the loving we had in those days, something that the young ones would never understand as it will never happen again. Happy Days !!!!,

  • @Garface2k8 you can. theres still tickets for 20th fantazia birthday in stock, mite not b the same but fuck it, worth a try!

  • Ah yes, the rhubarb and custard. Epic times.

  • one step beyond-fucking class night from what i remember....glad i was part of it!

  • @Lawrencehill2010 Surely the pills that made you roll around the floor with your eyes in the back of your head were the good ones!!

  • @50lbagram pills are a joke now...pills are just that pills no one expects them to have mdma in them...every one i know buys mdma crystals now..there big phat slightly yellow rocks that looks like shareds of glass and are garenteed to make your eyes roll around and your jaw dance about

  • @1ukjunglednbraver never under estimate the power of the gurn crystals haha, kryptonite will do the trick everytime!!!!!

  • its truley magic

  • one of the most perfect things i've ever heard.

  • @JacquesZupp Greed killed it. Shit pills causing people to roll on the floor with their eyes rolling in their heads isn't a good look, and put future punters off.

  • @JacquesZupp

Has to be a loose fit. Of trousers and attitude.

  • @gorejuice, there's nothing like a bit of acid to ruin your night!! lol...

  • It makes me feel proud when I read comments from the young'ns commenting that they wish they were born 10 years earlier so they could of experienced what we did back then. Still hard to watch knowing that the scene back then will never happen again, but we all move on. I was 17 back then, 36 now, with a wife and two kids and couldnt be happier especially when I wake up on a Sunday morning without a 4 day come down to contend with!! Good times...

  • @50lbagram I agree with everything you said there..... I'm just 3 yrs older but everything else is exactly the same! Family etc.... happy memories (what there are of those days!) I was at Fantazia Matchams 15th May 92.... bonkers night... stupidly did some acid we scored in there... lost about 6 hours of the night, but had some mental moments all at the same time. Great people, great music, greatest vibe back then, sadly unlikely to ever be recreated. Peace all!

  • @50lbagram i miss those days too they was the best every1 was so friendly and the authorities were determined to ruin the fun for every1 infact the police fucked up there own kids future and turned it in2 the violent society it is 2day..fuckin idiots! but never no it mite come round agen lst happened in the 70's love ere then the 90's :)

  • @50lbagram

Haha same as bro.. same age, got 2 kids too & the missus of course..can't beleive where the time has gone.. it honestly feels like yesterday when the old skool/rave scene was in full swing.. makes me sad that today's yoof have to contend with the likes of Justin Bieber & all the other commercial BS out there.. Kids.. get yerself a PC & some samples & make some ruff music for future generations to enjoy.

  • @50lbagram So true mate, I was there on this night and it was amazing! Big up us all and keep the vibe alive :D

  • @50lbagram You've summed up exactly what I feel mate!

  • dit is liefde

  • wow summer 1992 I loooooved this!!!! i was somsurprised when baby d did it a few years later

  • So sad i was a mere 2 years old when this was happening :(

  • Gives me a lump in my throat when it says 'everybody's gotta learn sometime'. I just think its so true. People can spend their whole lives not realising what really matters in life - Love, Peace, Respect to others and The Truth. Wicked lyrics and wicked hardcore tune! :-) x x x

  • @jungloopy

PLUR (Peace Love Unity Respect) need promoting

  • I don't think this tune will ever get old. Can you believe it's been almost 20 years? 20 years!

  • As soon as I find out who stole our beloved 90's i'm gonna kick their ass!!! I discovered the electronic music of the 90's in about 2001 and it is 95+% of what I listen to on a day to day basis now.

  • @mmaaxx1198 We are just another generation of music, had my mother always going on about the 60's, and they were great years but I didn't live through them, the 90's..? they were our time to live through and remember so yeah, get ready to be saying "it isn't like it was in our day" and trust me, I have said that many times so far to a lot of the "new" rave that is ripping off and ruining old classics

  • @mike76rob there's still good music today - the tradition of pirate radio started by stuff like this is still going today, so don't buy all that 'nu rave' indie crap, if you listen to the pirates you'll hear some good stuff ;)

  • @JacquesZupp Discos, mad bastards, double barrels, oh the good old days, lol

  • FANTAZIA!!!!!

  • Man muß es erlebt haben um es zu verstehen...

  • OMDAZE. Wish I was born in the 70's so I could have gone to Fantazia!!! Fuck all music released these days seriously.

  • @jdent2612 i agree mate

  • @jdent2612 that was a perfect description of it:)

  • quality ch00n :))

  • I've been looking for this for donkey's years, but theres more on my list

  • Still looking for the version I liked, exactly the same beat and piano, lyrics, bass, 1234 but had a different/better fill section with the high-pitched stab instrument which was more energetic slid about as well.

  • @redmistpete - I may be able to help you here. As far as I'm aware, there were two N-R-G mixes done of this track, the "Sue Me Please Mix" and the "Berlin Mix". I've just uploaded the 'Berlin Mix' which is different to this. Check it out on my page, see if it's the one you want.

  • @djjoff Fantastic! That's the one. Search over - thank you :)

  • I wish I was old enough to partake in these events. Hm, I was seriously born in the wrong decade..

  • like the sunshine !! yeahyeahyeaaaa
