i love fios i switthed to it. right know there installing underground cable as i wrote this comment, i like that after they install the cables a couple days before the acual intltion it makes the real instaltin a bit faster
They call my 80 year old mother - who has Sprint - never had verizon - fios or any other similar and keep telling her she owes money. I finally reached them and their customer service people are rude and one hung up on me becasue I didn't giver her my mom's address. Never had an account and never will now!
