If you already have the pump you can use an air regulator to keep the air flow as you wish, and the slower is the flow, the quieter will be the pump sound.
@famousstunners That's a hard question, the hardest in aquarism personally talking, there's a lot of factors to think about when comes to fish quantity (fish species and growing rate, tank dimensions, filtration...), for this tank with same decor and filtration (JEBO 508) I will suggest small cyprinyds, livebearers, small characins... up to 12 fish (1.5" max).
Silver Dollars are vegetarians, they don't eat other fish.
