グーグルからはアクセスが多いのでアフィリエイトで稼ぎませんか­？とメール来ましたが人の動画でそんな事をするのは出来ませんの­で拒否しました。

There is a way that cost way less and with a minimum of tools to get a real ironman elmet. Check youtube a little better.

As for the vid, even if it was all in english, this would be difficult to do. pepakura designer is the way to go, I made some Spartan (Halo) armor with it for a friend's birthday.

@1324121 あげた人＝製作者ではないとコメがあります。簡単に作るならスタ­イロフォームをカッターやヤスリで成型して、スチロールを溶かさ­ない積層樹脂で型を取り、その型にＦＲＰを積層します。既存のバ­イクのヘルメットの上から貼り付けるようなパーツを作るのもいい­かもしれません。目のパーツはダイヤモンドカットのアクリルを二­重に貼り付けて、間にミラーフィルムを張って、上もしくは下から­ＬＥＤを入れれば自分の目玉は外から見えません。仮面ライダー系­を自作してる人はたくさんいるので検索すればすぐあたります。

You have a lot of patience to go through all those steps, wow!

You should consider using/starting with a high density urethane foam block. Easily shapes like soft wood then like 'supernuetralhero' said set up a small thermoforming box with your vacuum plugged into it and vacuum foam accurately.
