Legal Personhood allows a corporate body to operate as a singular living entity and gives the rights of a person to that corporation. It also allows the natural person to occupy a fictional role to affect decisions, but it can never work because only the natural person can think or be corrupted or influenced. If the legal person were true we would have a great system because the legal person could only do what law demands, rather than hiding behind immunity suggestions.

when I submitted my application to become a person under the law and jurisdiction of the corporation of canada, I was not by said corporation's own statutes legally allowed to enter into the contract as I was not of the legal age of consent, therefore the contract establishing the federal employee identification number. If we do not use our person to contract, then how do we get.

1. Electercity, phone, water, gas, etc connections. Since all departments are govt. and they ask directly for the identity proof.

How can we exist as a free man, if we don't have water, phone or electrcity in our home.

The first requirement is a ?Identification and creating a joinder, and we end up signing it, and give oath and evidence of existance of a contract between we and the govt. through our person.

I see a "person" as being much like that of a "citizen". A citizen only exists because they have entered into a contract with "government", whereby, the individual will accept the forced burden of taxation as means as a paying for their own protection of there Life, Liberty & Possessions by said government. "Citizens" create the "body politic" known as a "state" because of their "duty of allegiance for a duty of protection". What if there is no "duty of protection?"

Black's 7th shows a different and much expanded definition of person. What if the courts, judges, etc want to use 7th and not 3rd to argue their point? In other words, they will tactically use confession and avoidance to divert whatever process you are using. Can we surely use Black's 3rd without getting tripped up on the 7th?

Rob, thanks for clearing this up. This helps immensely in regard to the YT discussions about seizing your strawman and using it within UCC to obtain X.. You mentioned this at the Bolton, Ont speech, that you felt: either you're IN or you're OUT. This makes so much more sense to me now. The Government 'Person' exists because of the contract existing first. If there was no contract, there would be no person. So basically, you can't use your person if you want to be free. Yes you can, you will need to watch the whole thing, and I messed up with the third part where that is covered. You have different persons. Some might evidence you as a ward of the state, others as a Freeman-on-the-Land.
