I get a kick out of guys saying "he ran from Valuev so he wouldn't get KO'ed", yet these same people are predicting that he'll "destroy" the Klitschkos? If he ran from a big slow guy who has NEVER Ko'ed any heavyweight of note, imagine what he'll do when he's face to face with Vitali?
I am open to betting should this fight get signed....let me know if you're at all interested.
Vitali in 2.....although it may go a little longer as he may have to chase him back to the dressing room.

i guess the 'running' tactic wasnt just about the power of valuev but about neutralising any possibility of him implementing that power. therefore the tactics were spot on, whereas klitsckos are mobile so he'l employ diff tactis insted of running

As for Joe, he was ten times the fighter Haye is. Sure, he could be boring, but he was way more skilled, and beat real opposition. Anyway, knock Joe all you want.....I only brought him up to make it clear I wasn't dissin Haye because he's British, I've liked many Brit fighters.....Haye sucks no matter where he's from.
You guys get too excited, too early, about ordinary fighters. I made a lot of money on Hamed-Barrera....lol....and on the Hatton-Mayweather/ Pac fights..

He beat a walking heavybag.....even I picked Haye to win that fight. Valuev has never impressed me, or anyone. Hell, even a BEYOND ancient Holyfield beat him on my card.
So, yeah, predicting Haye will "destroy" the Klitschkos is getting a little ahead of yourself....lol...
Seriously though, all opinions and kidding aside, I just don't get what you see in this guy.....he's very awkward, not a great mover, has been hurt and dropped by much lesser fighters than the K's. I just don't get it.

i completely disagree with you, he's never looked awkward to me. the klits are awkward, even robotic, in comparison haye is positively fluid! he's a better mover than both klits, a shit chin compared to vitali but not far off wlad. remember that haye has been dealing with cruiserwight speed,in the hvywghts he'll be comparitevly quicker and therefore harder to hit. i honestly suggest you watch a few more of his fights. awkward? nope

I have seen many of Haye's fights, he seems kinda gangly to me, throws from all the wrong angles..seems a little awkward. You have to take off your "Brit coloured glasses" and watch again.
I guarantee, if Haye was from New York or somewhere like that, you'd be saying he sucks right along with me.

Like I've said a few times; I'm not a huge Vitali fan at all, and he's no Ali or Holmes.
That being said, Haye has been down many times, and stopped a lot...once in the pros too, at cruiser! Vitali is too big, too strong, too skilled etc. for the ordinary chinny little Haye.
Didn't you say up above that you "didn't say Haye would destroy Vitali", yet now you think he will "obliterate" him? You're delusional, Haye ran from Valuev, he won't come close enough to Vitali to even try to KO him.

The word "champion" means less today than it used to....he beat Valuev for that belt....an almost 50 year old Evander beat Valuev on my cards, and Evander was KO'ed by Toney years ago, has been shot for 10 years!
Haye truly sucks, he has no chin, can't box....you'll see, when he faces REAL heavyweight competition. His running and slapping routine won't get him anywhere when he's in there with an opponent who doesn't punch in slow motion, one who actually knows how to cut off a ring.

'Can't box' - Haye has good boxing skills in my opinion. Are you basing your opinion on the Valuev fight? because I think the running tactics he used then were a one off - there really wasn't any other way to beat Valuev than by doing that.
Not sure if he can beat either one of the Klitchskos though. Haye has very good speed and power but I don't think his defence is good enough to cope with them at this stage.

Actually, I'm not "anti-UK fighters" in the least. As I've said many times, Lewis and Calzaghe were amongst my favs of all time. I lived in London for 3 years, and Ireland for 2, many years ago.

I'm not even English, you knob-jockey! My favourite fighters are not from the UK (Tyson, De La Hoya and Chavez) and I appreciate fighters who are skillful rather than who are from British soil. I've been a boxing fan since I was a kid so have more respect than to say I chose my fave boxers based on where they're from. Haye will blitz Klitschko. Going on his last performance, you know absolutely nothing about boxing based on what you're bleating on about.
