it can also be used as a mascara with clear mascara or with regular but with a different brush. maybe ones you could buy from like cvs or other drug stores:)

@purplecraziic if you add too much water or mixing medium it can water down the base and make the pigments crease. Make sure to only use a tiny tiny bit!

@Blingblong20 They've changed the packaging for the Mac pigments a while ago, I can't remember when exactly, but the jars are a little taller and narrower now

I only have 1 MAC pigment but 4-5 Loreal's, can I do the same with them? Also my lids are pretty dry except for the crease with a mixing medium ( planning to try visine) dry them out more?

How long do the pigment samples last? I rarely wear makeup but I love to wear color-pop-eyeshadows and...these pigments look like the pop. If you use the pigment sample everyday, how long would that last and is it worth the $3?

some of them, mostly the neon colors, bc they contain some of the ingredients that neon does that can irritate the eyes and is used for blushes and lip colors, and the glitter not used on the eye lid so it wont get into your eye and possibly scratch the cornea
