Planning on building a geodesic dome using 1/2 metal conduit @2 each (10ft long) and flattening each sides, drill holes and bolt the together

I found about about Buckminster Fuller thru' his association with John Denver.Interesting guy.Does Windstar still have their dome on the site?

I had great luck with EMT conduit. Cut it, flatten the ends, drill holes, and bolt it together. Easy peasie.

Pretty cool. Would have liked to see how the joints go together, perhaps some construction shots. By the way, I am not sure the Amish are "a regression." Their barns look pretty steady to me!
