dan you should go on a circuit where you do this in front of young school children,,, they could really benefit from this,,, you make it fun , real,, and natural,,, good job,,, peace
thanks for the idea. I did not think of eating my greens that way. My only thought for getting greens was making smoothies. Sometimes I had no time to make smoothies but wanted some greens. Now for sure I can have greens everyday.
Ps all these people talking about not being able to eat raw greens... the solution is to BLEND THEM, break them down since their teeth and gi tracts obviously aren't doing it properly... I blend greens by the handful with avocados and it's a divine whip-treat! green smoothies too, come one people!!!
hahaha I love the ending - Eat your fruits and vegatables!!! Monkey man with an eye mask on and sweat pants, I LOVE IT. Dan you brighten my life!!! Collars are wonderful. I am growing them well right now, so wish I could share. I get my bananas locally grown too. I am so spoiled in CA with fresh local produce, oh so very blessed. Love to you and Krista.
I have the hardest time finding ripe fruits in the grocery stores. I find I have to buy it, wait about 4 or 5 days for it to properly ripen then eat it.
It's interesting you mention that... bananas seem to be the hardest thing to get ripe. I actually buy the fully green bananas and wait for it to ripen (about 1 week). The yellow stuff is ripened using some gas method and tastes awful.
I never noticed how bad it tasted until one month into the raw foods diet. It really changes your taste buds I think. They finally work!
haha

2-4-6 depends on how hungry I am!

you're lucky to have good digestion! I can't eat raw collards without getting gas. They need to be blended or steamed.

Anyone else have this problem also? Any tips?

I have the same issue especially with Bananas. For my smoothies I buy 30-40 bananas, let them ripen and then freeze them.
