By total accident I was driving past the UP Sparks Yard and I saw this thing departing and I chased it from Sparks to Colfax over Donner Pass getting shots of it at several different locations.

Thanks, wow, that is a drop of 4660 feet from the summit of Donner (7,085 ft), and not a very long distance. No wonder those dynamic brakes are whining, LoL!!
