My dad worked at this factory for more than 28 years. He told me the birds of prey ( he couldn't remember if they were hawks or falcons) were purchased to keep the pigeons away. We were surprised to see that they are still there. It would be interesting to find out if they have bred through out the years and created a cast.
Sorry to hear that, respect. It's unfortunate that these places have to go out like this but that's part of the reason I make these videos, to get em before they're gone. What years about did he work there?

I barely remember coming here on "Bring your kid to work day" probably in the late '70s. I had no idea it was so far gone. Cool Video.

I don't know how "rad" it was. It was the plant where my father had worked the bulk of his career. It's sad to see it in such shape.
