@purpleone01 It has to be the special event celebi that was distributed recently, and it has to have been transferred into your Pokemon Black/White with the Relocator.

To answer all questions on this you have to have the Celibi event Celibi and one of the 3 shiny legendary dogs (il have to try first on white)

you don't have to beat the game. go to one of the buildings in castelia city and a scientist guy will ask you 2 questions where the little word bank pops up. the answer to the first is EVERYONE HAPPY. the answer to the second is SIMPLE CONNECTION. then you unlock the option of the pokemon relocater on the main menu. it takes event pokemon from the pc box of whatever 4th gen game you have to the black or white pc box via ds download play. the pokemon include the shiny dogs and celebi.

@muqy1010 the English Event for the Celebii ended back on the 6th of March. I heard you can use and action replay for heart/soul to get the celebii and trade it/send it to black/white after beating the game because then, you can transfer it completely and or, catch an old pokemon after beating the game and trading it with the celebii to get the Zorua event to work.

Then you can have your celebi transfered over completely and or, you can catch an old Pokemon in either black/white after beating the game and trade it with the celebi so it's not permanently transferred so you can have your celebi back in one of your other Pokemon games :)

@HakurouKannon If you have beaten black/white pokemon game, you can use the lab to completely transfer over the celebi to each either game you may have, or you can catch one of the older pokemon that show up after you beat the game and just trade the celebi that way :)

@LRonutube you need to get the celebi from the event that ended in America back on the 6th of march, or you can use action reply to get either pokemon that way if you had missed out on the event. Once you have beaten Pokemon white/black, you can have your celebi transferred over completely using the similar pal park in black/white and or, catch and old school pokemon after beating white/black and just have it traded that way :)

@sasukelovers Well, you cant transfer the pokemons to the black and white cos you dont have it, correct? so you wait UNTIL you have the pokemon black and white and THEN with 2 nintendos, put the pokemon that has one of the shiny beast, and on the OTHER DS it must be pokemon black or white and then you transfer the shiny beast in pokemon black and white :) if you need more help go on this site, it helps alot of people

For the past couple weeks, and for a few weeks ahead, GameStop has been giving out Shiny Entei, Raikou, and Suicune. One week Toys R Us is giving out Ash's Pikachu, and the last week all this is help GameStop will give out Celebi. All these Pokemon are recieved via Mystery Gift on HeartGold/SoulSilver/Diamond/P­earl/Platnum and are for sending over to your Pokemon Black/White version for special events. This one appears to be the one you get with Celebi.
