@danmarkmaria they don't eat dogs in Japan & if they do it's a rare rural thing. It's extremely common in Korea though & actually in tribal parts of India
That area doesn't appear to have been damaged in either the earthquake or tsunami. People are driving by on the street. How long did this poor dog lay there with people passing him by?

Don't remember that they eat dog meat in Japan... They kill the dogs, and they make them suffer as much as possible, those bastards.
