  • got 3 ch hobby grade radio and speed for the tug and await end of wife's to do list to do some new film with my 10 x telphoto VHS digital converter system. Got a neat bot to film too..

  • Have fun man! Is that boat posted in your videos btw?

  • not yet wifes to do list and rain and cold weather has not been favorable for water boats.

  • I have been in Rc since it was tubes in the 1960's.. got that part covered and have all the stuff in boxes on my work table. Please Show me what your inside hull layout looks like and how the motor battery and servo are located in the hull. You seem to have a real talent for the engineering details of refitting. The initial design cuts power to the rudder movement when moving fast forward to prevent a lot of lean in turns. Have you experienced any tip over problems?

  • there is a big forum dedicated to converting the rtr seaport boat. shopping list: AM 2 channel 75 MHZ Radio and receiver $25 Standard servo with such as Futaba s3003 $10 Servo pushrod rod $5 Servo horn $2 Pliers to make z bends Electric Speed Controller (ESC) $30 Soldering gun, solder, liquid flux Six Deans male & female plugs $10 If you give me your email I can describe this in more detail. Google " Dickie Tugboat / Seaport Workboat modelboatmayhem "
  • I have the same boat and it tipped over, and there was some wind also, i asked a new one from the store and i got a new one, happy me :D

  • May happen again ...I discovered almost flip overthat this balance issue is related to trapped air in ballast tank There is a absolute requirement to get the water ballast tank completely purged of all air by running the water pump squirter till steady water stream is observed.

  • What's new Eustonian? Did you get any Nikko boats lately?

  • you have lots of courage to run a 2' boat with the big ones on the water with it. I am too chicken to risk the loss . Nice job. I presume from the range which is much more than mine you have hobby grade radio.

  • The hobby grade radio (Futaba 75mhz) is $15 shipped on ebay together in a package with 2 servos! That and a speed controller (ESC - $20-$45), servo rod, nimh 7.2 volt battery pack and charger is needed for the conversion.

  • nice boat!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • great video i love it

  • Thanks for the 5 stars, Lumpy.
