Hi Martha! Some of my husband's relatives live in TN but they only need to drive about an hour to get to Bowling Green, KY. People are so friendly in that area; beautiful scenery too. How cute is that dog on the lawnmower :) Hope that you had a wonderful time. Adriana
@ArgentineShamrock Ooooh I love the area because they are so friendly. Now granted further up on the mountain, people get a little cautious but I can't blame them for that, you don't see many folks way up there. We did have a good time visiting with family. The dog was so cute, he never budged from the mower... even when the guy stopped to talk to a neighbor... lol Hugs to you!

@DogWalkingTall Rob -- GREAT to see ya! Very green indeed, very simple living. I bet Willie and Jesse would love it up there. We visited my uncle -- he has 80 acres and stocked fish pond, awesome! It's just peaceful -- simple -- the way life should be. Take care, Martha

@mumbaidoug Awe thanks Doug!!! It is so nice up there, we didn't even hit most of the mountain. It was short visit. It is soooo peaceful and up there you are away from all the fuss of a city.. very simple living!
Thanks for letting me hitch a ride with you and your hubby!! it was a great trip. I really need to get down to Crofton KY to visit my cousin and her family sometime this summer. I owe her a visit.
