Actually Ashley (Carson) has been in cheerleading the majority of her life. She talked about it in an interview.

And Cassie (Brooke) has been in Gymnastics for YEARS. She's also talked about it in interviews. Plus, thats a huge reason why she did the "Make it or Break it" TV series. They both have a background in gymnastics & cheerleading... :)

Wow I tried this stunt with completely inexpirienced guys (we just used strong high school football players lol) and we freaking aced it within our first two tries. Trust me, even though it looks difficult, it was fun. It's not hard. Seriously tho it was fun as hell

That roller coaster is the Dueling Dragons. Both of them are awesome!!!!!! I loved going on them! The blue one(ice) makes you really dizzy though.
