Similar to you, I discovered Tarcy in the mid-90's and lost touch with her around 2000. I just saw a documentary about her turning 40 a few months ago. She still looks great, but it was so sad to hear her talk about her regrets over not having a child or marrying. I can't believe nobody married her!
This is the first video of her MTV I watched back in 1994, and I was pretty much hooked on her ever since my college and university date. Kinda lost in touch with her albums back in 2002 and even have her posters.

Yes, indeed. It's a shame that Rock Records only gave her two cantonese albums!
I still have most of her albums, and I wish that she will have a concert soon!
