when i did this at my gym my shorts scrunched up toward my junk and people were staring at my uneven tan... when they looked up and noticed i knew they were staring awkwardly i winked and said "you like?" lol
It should be noted to leave leg presses as your last workout because it expends A LOT of energy. But my question is; how do you know that you are pushing yourself hard enough. Like today I did leg presses to the point to where my body was tingling (kinda like when your legs fall asleep) and where I just can't get up more than a half a rep... Is that good @_@??
@srinivaskari not for the leg press, thats just assisting your upper legs with your calves, which in all honestly should be done on the day you work your chest
Scott, I can't do leg press because I have a false hip and other leg problems. Can I still have great legs? I was told no by some, yes by others. I do front raisers, back curls and calfs.
if you don't push it through your heels, you feel it in your arms or what?
