With whats available right now this phone is really disappointing. If ur looking to get a new phone check out the HTC touch pro 2. It available with every network and its way more impressive than this piece of garbage. Even in this demo ou can see how unresponsive the feedback was. Dont buy HYPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it is a poor effort. The iPhone 3gs has better functions that were brought out a few years ago. The cube thing is silly and I would imagine it would get frustrating to use in a short space of time. Looks like a mix of different phone brand functions in one and not the best bits either. Nothing new or innovative really

well..first off i have the samsung behold, and it is a really good phone! BUTT. for this phone it looks like its slow..and too many buttons! and CUBE? wtf lol....the good thing about this phone is that it comes with a ipod headphone jack...on the top of the phone...unlike my phone which has another type of headphone jack and on the side of the phone...i think this phone is an epic fail for the most part...

I think Samsung IS making some ground compared to the simple widgets they put on their other media phones, but I don't think the Cube works well. I mean, if it DID certain Linux operation systems for computers would be more popular...

I've never seen anything as confounding as this cube in Linux. The desktop cubes there are nice eyecandy but they don't get in the way of anything. This Samsung cube seems like a really slow and awkward app launcher. I don't see any good reason for it.

Anyway, in my experience, what they call "early build", whenever glitches appear, usually turns out to be the final software anyway. Look at the Xperia X1 - the same scenario happened, and the final release had the same issues.

Unfortunately, that usually is the case. Although I do believe most of the "lag" issues (especially scrolling) on this will be fixed some-what before release, or shortly after like the X1's were.

I just find it inherently daft to bash a phone before actually having the chance to see the final model.

hell yeah im impressed i currently have the behold t919 ,but this thing looks cool with android and u can shake the phone and the cube will sort out and use accelerometer! man its badass! i want it better than the mytouch cus the behold 2 will have a 5mp with auto focus and flash , while the mytouch only has a 3.2 mp with no flash and no autofocus....and the amloed screen is awesome!
