@Tricksterknight I was at coney island last week and the week before to see a concert and the Wonder Wheel and the Cyclone are both still standing. The park isn't gonna tear them down b/c they are considered a NYC landmark :-D

Nope, it's not gonna be torn down, but they did tear down Astroland and built Luna Park in its stead. It's not as good in my opinion, but at least the Cyclone and the wonder wheel are not gonna be touched due to them being NYC landmarks.
