I've listened to this reading several times this week. It has resonated with me so much. Big changes in my workplace. 12 hour shifts and the loss of 8 hours pay in a two week period. I'm not fearful, I'm thinking of the opportunities it holds for me. The challenge for me is to take the action steps and to have courage.
