Your rocks show lots of potential!! Your ankles appear quite flexi and that's going to help you get a deep movement moving side to side. These are some of the tips that Byron Tuttle gave us when he taught us rocks:
1)Get as high up on your toes as possible
2)Place your front foot on top of the back foot so that it is mostly the back foot doing the work and the front foot is bouncing from side to side
3)Lock your ankles together
It helps to practice with one hand holding onto something =]
Hey thanks for the useful tips-it is very much appreciated since I don't have a teacher-will take the advice and post a new video when I have polished my rocks a bit more :)
not at all dodgy do you have any idea how many people who have taken classes STILL have trouble with rocks!?! your legs are really goodand your motion is great
all I could say to help you improve this one is to try to kick your butt before tucking under that back foot it will give you a little momentum to help with the balanceand really tip the front foot overon top of the other. it will give more of the illusion
work on them rocks they are very bad !!
