I usually boil my Italian sausage for like 15mins...then saute them til golden brown ...but i always thought this way loses alot of the flavor thats in the sausage....i am going to try your way. thanks!
Great video. Made me miss my Dad (also Guisseppe - or Joey). More than 30 years ago he made me a cassette tape of all the family recipes when I got my very first apartment. Couldn't help but think if he were alive today, he would most definately have been your rival for the YouTube video recipe King! Thanks for putting a smile on my face......and making me hungry! :)

Just wanted to say that I have watched all your videos Joe and enjoy them very much. I have not tried all of the recipes, but I will in time, but the ones I have done, turned out great, especially, the Scungilli recipe. It brought back old memories of many Italian Christmas's ago, the feast of the 7 fish. My family was amazed, many are either very old or gone now, but I look too renew this christmas tradition, thanks for your inspiration. Love the Italian music and you make things so easy.
