@alboxk14 it's okay assuming you mean breaststroke, but its not competitive. in the swimming world a half a second means the world

wow!!! tremendos tiempos y siendo tan jovenes. Este año recien empece con natacion a los 29 años. y mi estilo preferido es este. por lo que he podido ver, estoy muy lejos de los tiempos "ideales" aunque en la seleccion de la universidad soy curiosamente el mejor. :-/

mi entrenador siempre me critica los brazos especificamente los codos. uff y por lo que veo lo ago igual a los de las competencias profesionales. jajaja
