Can we just agree that both Amanda and Jemma are great? Just because Amanda was first doesn't make her the be all and end all. Jemma has made the role her own, and I've enjoyed both interpretations of Elphaba by Amanda and Jemma equally.

I have seen wicked with Jemma and Amanda. I adore Jemma, she is fantastic and really brings a believability to Elphaba that i don't think Amanda did and Jemma's voice is world class. I think it is a shame she wasn't the "main" from the start. Lucy and herself have wonderful chemistry!! And in other news, i think the world of Lucy, she is just Glinda in every single way ....Australia has done well and these two ladies are spectacular <3.

I love Lucy! She is an absotively posilutely GA-mazing Galinda. The voice she puts on for the role suits perfectly. She's such a trooper -- she is almost always on! And I had Jemma my first time round, too. They're both fantastical!

Their characters don't show who they really are. I think that they both have amazing voices. No one could ever take their place.

love Lucy, Amanda is by far the best Elphaba though. Shes got one of the most amazing voices ive ever heard and when she sings theres so much acting and emotion, its amazing. Jemma does have a good voice though i just think she sounds flat sometimes though, theres no emotion.
