  • yes it is possible to knit a hat without circular needles, you have two choices. You can use dpns or double pointed needles or you can just use two straight needles. when you sew it together there is something called the Kitchener stitch that is relatively invisible. Really easy to do once you get the hang of it.

  • nice video.....just a suggestion...you would knit faster and a better tention if you had the yarn set up right in your right hand...you would knit even more fast and even better tention if you learn the continetal method....I choose though the english method only because less chance of slip stitch...but do contential if there is not enough lighting and i want to watch tv...just a thought

  • yes you can make a hat without using circulars....however...you will have a seam if you knit a hat in straight needles...
