i wish i had parents with a lot of money, where i could make parkour courses in the basement. do you guys even have jobs or do you just exercise and live off your parents?
i can so imagine the boss coming down into the basement one day and going "why the fuck are there shoe marks on the walls" paaaauuuulllll deeeeeaaaannnnnn
nice! i saw your comment on allyeggman's video and decided to check this out... god, i wish my house was like that. i would get so much practice at this stuff, because theres only one place near my town where i can do parkour. but any way NICE VIDEO
@Mixulz how is that wrong? If the ultimate nature of parkour is to train real world conditions, then I think it would be more accurate to train in jeans rather than track suit pants.
man you got one hell of a cellar!! my cellar at home wasnt even half that size n if i tried hanging of the railings theyd probably break off lol you guys are really awsome, look forward to meeting sum of you guys in mank one day!
Nice :) He makes it look quite easy. I'll be making up my own indoor climbing challenge and sending a video your way in the (hopefully near) future! :) Bravo
You going to trace? Need to get to Manc more often when I am back in sheffield, missing out on an awesome scene that is only a train stop away, plus just didnt see you guys often enough for the proximity,
maybe another cambridge trip is in order for the summer for you guys? ;)
I think we're definitely due another Cambridge trip this summer. I haven't trained there since 2005, and most of the guys haven't been there at all. I'm looking forward to a good summer of training, and I'm hoping to visit a few more cities and train with more people this year.
Love it, always quality docu-style stuff coming from your end paul, look forward to training with you again soon. The swing to the post was sick, and the bars look beatiful for training on,
maybe some day I'll try to get out of my building without steping on the floor, although there is 2 ways to do this, the hard way or the "are you nuts" way..... XD lol
Creative indeed, As (one of) you said: there is always something that you can do. There are always aspects of parkour you can train being at work, school, home, train, bus etc.
yet again paul you and dean inspire me more in the training. look up to you both. i really want to do the climbing challenge down at castle field we spoke about. love ya lads. legends!
paul you are always inspiring me in my training. again something you and dean show mewe that i can take into account to get better. yet again my man ace vid!!!!

This would def be easier if you wore climbing shoes. But then again, you're looking for a challenge. Great strength in this video, good job!

looks like fun. WHY DO YOU USE JEANS!!! ITS WRONG!!!
Mixulz 2 years ago
Only because it's the building where we work, so we can't really wear track suit bottoms to work.
Obsidian1138 2 years ago
@Obsidian1138 I train in jeans sometimes. Cuz you never know when a meteor hits and you're not wearing tracks.

nice. what shoes are good for parkour?

Personally, I wear Nike Darts. Other shoes you might want to consider are K Swiss Ariake's or Kalenjis (Decathlon's own brand).
