  • what work do you do?

  • i wish i had parents with a lot of money, where i could make parkour courses in the basement. do you guys even have jobs or do you just exercise and live off your parents?

  • @UseTheFunny We work! This is the basement of the building where we worked at the time of filming.

  • The cameraman seems to be breathing heavily from the reconnaisance walk...

  • @Teghead That's because he'd just done a practice run prior to filming ;)

  • lol, this takes the game "floor is lava" to a whooollleeeee other level

  • That move at 4:20 was super impressive!

  • now we know if that basment gets flooded they dont have to get their shoes wet

  • @extremehardy2498 This basement has actually flooded a couple of times in the past actually, so yes, these are useful skills to have!

  • how do you not wear gloves? Don't your hands kill?

  • how big is that basement? jeebus!

  • if you want to try this, pretend the floor is lava. that will get you motivated

  • those doors better have industrial strength hinges

  • the floor is lava!

  • wish i had a plase to do parkour inside here (montana) its all snowy.... but i have all winter to get stronger to prefect my parkour lol

  • haha thes guys have the most original parkour videos on youtube. thumbs up for epic training ideas!

  • i can so imagine the boss coming down into the basement one day and going "why the fuck are there shoe marks on the walls" paaaauuuulllll deeeeeaaaannnnnn

  • @MRGENERATIONADD luckily I bet they don'ts how up too well on brick.

  • im guessing he's also got on actual climbing shoes, but couldnt quite tell

  • This would def be easier if you wore climbing shoes. But then again, you're looking for a challenge. Great strength in this video, good job!

  • Awesome man! Respect! I find quite difficult to hang on the doors, cuz u can smash ur fingers if the door closes... It was amazing

  • Amazing challenge.

  • nice! i saw your comment on allyeggman's video and decided to check this out... god, i wish my house was like that. i would get so much practice at this stuff, because theres only one place near my town where i can do parkour. but any way NICE VIDEO

  • Fantastic to watch it!

  • like your idea, will try it out, never thought about challenging myself indoors in the same way.

I will just have to watch my hands on the door frame whilst swinging my way round them ;P

  • looks like fun!

  • Cool!!!

  • what was the point in the first part, just let him do it!

  • amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

  • did u c dis off mi chanel just wundering

  • Beautiful !

  • the first guy looks like the dude off nature of challenge.

  • Yes, there's definitely a strong resemblance ;)

  • oh good. thought I was just going crazy. nice to know, nice to know.

  • Obsidian1138 is the guy from nature of challenge and the guy who introduces the course of the challenge. I hope you realized that.

  • About 10!

  • looks like fun. WHY DO YOU USE JEANS!!! ITS WRONG!!!

  • Only because it's the building where we work, so we can't really wear track suit bottoms to work.

  • @Obsidian1138 I train in jeans sometimes. Cuz you never know when a meteor hits and you're not wearing tracks.

  • @Mixulz how is that wrong? If the ultimate nature of parkour is to train real world conditions, then I think it would be more accurate to train in jeans rather than track suit pants.

  • That looks so fun. i dont think my door cornicing could support my weight..lol

  • Thats a good way to test if you bought good doors :)

  • And in Jeans!!!!

  • nice. what shoes are good for parkour?

  • Personally, I wear Nike Darts. Other shoes you might want to consider are K Swiss Ariake's or Kalenjis (Decathlon's own brand).

  • oh its the climber boy

  • whats with the super heavy breathing behind the camera

  • man you got one hell of a cellar!! my cellar at home wasnt even half that size n if i tried hanging of the railings theyd probably break off lol you guys are really awsome, look forward to meeting sum of you guys in mank one day!

  • greaaat! very strong and skilled!

    +fav 5/5

  • i was looking to start parkour and i was wondering if u have any tips for begginers.

please reply because im not sure where to start.

  • Great strength and endurance. Really nice vid.

  • 4:23 was awesome

  • Nice :) He makes it look quite easy. I'll be making up my own indoor climbing challenge and sending a video your way in the (hopefully near) future! :) Bravo

  • Sounds good. I'll look forward to seeing what you come up with :)

  • nice <33333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333

    amazing conditioning training :D

i will start to do that on my house, on non-training days ( who became a new training day)

    hahaha

    rofl

    amazin man :)

  • back on 1st of July pal,

You going to trace? Need to get to Manc more often when I am back in sheffield, missing out on an awesome scene that is only a train stop away, plus just didnt see you guys often enough for the proximity,

maybe another cambridge trip is in order for the summer for you guys? ;)

  • We'll see you soon then!

I think we're definitely due another Cambridge trip this summer. I haven't trained there since 2005, and most of the guys haven't been there at all. I'm looking forward to a good summer of training, and I'm hoping to visit a few more cities and train with more people this year.

  • haha!

Love it, always quality docu-style stuff coming from your end paul, look forward to training with you again soon. The swing to the post was sick, and the bars look beatiful for training on,

    nice!

  • Thanks Jin. Looking forward to seeing you back on UK turf again. When do you get back by the way?

  • Could that have really been much easier? It was practically a ladder the whole way round....Nice try but seriously it looked pathetically easy

  • nice, impresive, thumbs up

maybe some day I'll try to get out of my building without steping on the floor, although there is 2 ways to do this, the hard way or the "are you nuts" way..... XD lol

  • nice creativity but how many goes did u really have at it cause that looked tricky

  • We only had 2 goes at it when we actually filmed it, but that was after a couple of months practicing the course.

  • nice! gl with future conditioning and training

  • haha Nice :D cool basement :P

  • Nicely done!

  • very impressive, nice idea, nice strenght: good job!

  • DAMN thats insane haha never would of thought of that, talk about creative 5/5

  • lol, i'd love to see a race

  • Hey Obsidian, was he using rock climbing shoes? I couldn't tell.

  • No, just normal trainers.

  • wut are normal trainers?

  • The kind of footwear you might wear everyday. Just casual trainers.

  • okey dokey

  • .....amazing....I liked how he got on to the pole...pretty inventive!

  • Might try some of this where I live, nice video fellas

  • Creative indeed, As (one of) you said: there is always something that you can do. There are always aspects of parkour you can train being at work, school, home, train, bus etc.
