@shawnchong it is a renovation and restoration project of an old house that was originally built in 1899, but has not been well maintained since the 1950s and was largely in disrepair when we bought it in 2007

My father, a union sheet metal worker, was involved in it.
At that time, the entire construction crew was probably union -- what a bunch of greedy slackers they'd be called nowadays
