Anderson's a crazy combo of serious, hot, smart, nerdy, funny and dorky. I really love this guy and love him even more for his mention of 2001: A Space Odyssey.

At 1st China's decision didn't make sense to me either, but in hindsight it makes alot of sense. I don't agree with it of course. China is a communist country that's banned religion. Sometimes fantasy & sci-fi is used to promote spiritual messages. You don't really see this in U.S. sci-fi Fantasy, but you see this alot in Japanese anime. China may fear that this genre may be used to preach to the masses. After seeing the power of social networking in N. Africa it's really not surprising.
