I have moderate to severe Crohn's disease. No medication other than Prednisone seems to work. I have tried Humira, Remicade and a myriad of other drugs. I am looking into specific diets for Crohns. What foods should I base my diet off of? I know that everyone is different, but some things work for the majority. What about Cats Claw and other herbs? Which herbs do I need to take, how much do I take and in what form? Help.
I have been diagnose 15 years ago at the age of 23...I suffred for many years until I starte using the cellular nutrition. I have been doing great for the last 5 years with those amazing products!!! let me know if you would like to know more about it!
People - research this: Crohn's disease caused by childhood vaccinations and triggered by GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms) mainly corn and soybean, which are now Franken-foods. I know. I HAVE Crohn's disease. Thanks for murdering me, US gubmint! Listen to TheAlexJonesChannel here on YouTube. YOU are being enslaved, empoverished and slowly murdered. Don't say I didn't warn you.
All disease and disorder have cures, but your doctor in American may not be able to share it with you. The AMA and FDA are primarily funded by big business. Americans spend $300 Billion on Pharmaceutical "solutions" that is very much like pulling the Fuse to shut down your "Check Engine" light instead of checking and fixing what is under the hood. Email me (xowiiventura@gmail.com) to learn more about how I CAN absolutely help you with Crohn's. I am very straightforward about this!
@theanimallovr91 I was diagnosed at 6, now I am 13. Have no pain or problems, but I am on a diet and an experimental medication called TSO. Works really well.
Yojorden, I had part of the right side of my bowel removed which was where the inflammation was and where it caused me the most pain. I had surgery three years ago and have had not a single problem since. Even though i know i wasnt cured, i feel like i was cos i havent had any problems!!! If u would like anymore info im happy to share my experiences!!!
I was diagnosed with Crohns at 12, had surgery at 16. i am now 19 and have no problems with my Crohns accept losing my appetite sometimes. If u want any info or advice then just leave me a message. I am happy to help in anyway!!
I am a second year med student from the Netherlands. At this moment we are studying Crohn's disease. I am very interested in hearing experiences from patients with Crohn's disease. Like what kind of medication did you have or had in the past and what kind of surgery did you have? Thank you very much. I hope they will find a cure someday and, who knows, maybe I can help;)
My doughter is 12 and she was diagnosed with Crohns just a week ago, please send me any information that you have, eating, appetite, losing weight and any other information that you have.
Im sorry to hear that about your daughter, I was also 12 when i was diagnosed. Before I give you info, could you tell me where her crohns is, ie. bowel, mouth, etc, so then i can give you the correct advice because your daughter might not have the same symptoms as me.
Mine is there also. There will be times where your daughter will lose weight and lose her appetite. When this happened to me I went on a liquid diet. I had to drink Ensure Plus cartons. This will probably be the first step for your daughter although many cases are different so this may not be the case. Crohns in the bowel area can be treated by surgery. This isnt as bad as it sounds. I had surgery 4 years ago and have had no problems since. Surgery isnt a cure but it can be a big help.
I am in the midst of a severe dehydrating ulcered mouth crohns flare. I will find out this Thursday if I will have a six inch bowel resection of my inflamed ileum. I was first diagnosed 9.9.99 and had a horrible flare on 11/21/2008 and am still flaring now.
