im going with fake. your beating the global cooldown, ur spaming heals faster than the game is supose to handle. tho this maybe a bug of ptr. keeping my options open...fake!

If you use [Glyph of holy nova] the GCD is removed, resulting in this...
Ofc this is not how it is supposed to be and it will be fixed in the next patch.
