  • WOW. I'm in LOVE with this guy! He's playing my song! I saw this movie when it first opened at the Uptown Theater in Chicago in 1966 when I was in 6th grade. Between watching the movie at the opulent and aged movie palace, and looking at the gargoyles all around me, and then at the scary movie it just completed the whole experienece. Oct 12th at the Portage Theater in Chicago again on the big screen! Hope to make it!

  • @todd7plus Do you know where I can get the sheet music?

  • I remember going to my grandma's house and watching this movie when I was about 9 or 10 years old. I used to get scared when watching the organ scene.

  • Great Job! Luther would be shaking in his sleeping bag!!!

  • Yes.. I would also love to know the name of the piece .. So i could get the sheet music.

  • Who is the person playing? and Where did he get the sheet music for the haunted organ? need info!

  • Good

  • You truly rock this man! The organ sounds magnificent and very chilling, and your performance seems right on the money. I've always loved this scarey piece by the late Vic Mizzy(composer of many TV and Film themes from the 60s , such as Green Acres) Excellent job!

  • I've always wanted to hear this tune played on a true pipe organ. Sounds great! better than the one from the movie which I don't believe was played on a pipe organ! Where can I find the sheet music or the Midi for this tune? Anyone know?

I'd like to hear this tune played by layering several metal guitar tracks so that all notes and cords were from guitar. The same effect could be created on a Korg synth. Can't remember the model # but it has a very authentic guitar sound in the sound bank

  • atta boy Luther!

  • Killer !! Just killer !! heh heh heh ...

  • who wrote this piece? by the way, great job!

  • one of my favorite movies growing up as a kid, just got it on DVD

  • So beautiful!

  • Creepy! Yet, so cool! Rest in peace, "Luther"!

  • Is the sheet music available anywhere for this? Looks like you have a copy!
