I just bought one of these on ebay for $40! Got two 32gb sdhc card for 23 each. Now i have a 64gb internet tablet with nice good speakers and flash support for under $100!
one thing everyone misses about this device is it can play just about "anything", avi, ogg, mkv, wma, wmv, mp4 and the list goes on, the iTouch may have more bouncing beach ball effects but it cant play much so sux as a media player.

For web surfing this device is way better than the PSP, the touchscreen for text entry and the hi-res display means it works a treat!
