Eagle Rock is not part of Glendale. Yes, it is right next to the city of Glendale. However, It is part of city of Los Angeles.

I was there for the filming... it took about 6 hours of constant Safety Dance, and various takes, to get less than 3 minutes of video.. (sigh), but I at least got to say Hi to some of the cast, and got free delicious food!
