@kokosun2413 Hey there! Yep that's all you need! I started my locks with 2 inches so if you have an afro you're pretty much ready. It's best to have a professional start your locks but it's not necessary. There are many ways to start your lovely locks so think about what you want. For example, the palm roll method or interlocking etc. If you're going to do it yourself start by determining the size you want & then section your hair, the process is like installing braids so all you need is loc gel

Thanks for the quick response!!! I just made my one year journey and I am looking for the perfect color. I have a faded red in my hair now and it's so ugly. Lol! I'm looking to do multiple colors. Darker on bottom and lighter on top. I will definitely use the honey blonde for my top and a dark brown or copper on the bottom. Any suggestion?

@vickiwalls1 My hair color is from the Clairol Textures & Tones Collection and it's called Honey Blonde 6G. If you're getting this color let me tell you, you're going to love it. Nice video. I want to start my journey this December. I was stuck between SL and TL. The cost and time of the SL will be too much for me to maintain. Plus I am afraid of getting them too skinny. I really want to be able to maintain them on my own. We will see. I don't mind an occasionnal visit to a loctician. What is your hair regimen?
