I saw Arcade Fire play a couple of weeks ago in London.

I say it has been the best concert i've been to throughout my 15 years.

Although i was on the top floor, and there sounds were different to the album, they were still AH-MA-ZING.

I love their music but was somehow disappointed by Miroir Noir. 80 minutes of footage just isn't enough, especially considering it's about 30 minutes of recordings from an answering machine. (I'm aware that the second DVD contains an additional 20 minutes, but it's basically 4 versions of "keep the car running"). It's not a bad movie, but i expected a lot more live performances.

@glasmurf1 i really really enjoyed the movie. in my poinion it was the best 14.99 i ever spent. i couldn't get my hands on the special edition, i just got the original 1 dvd. i was disappointed by keep the car running, though. that is one of my favorite songs of theirs and it looks like old shitty concert footage put to the album version of the song. but the rest of them:ABSOLUTELY amazing. the part with the instrumental antichrist television blues gets me every time.

DOOD YOU'RE JUST LIKE ME. I saw the movie, every minute it got further into the movie, i wanted to watch them in concert so much more. I've never been to a concert before and i think arcade fire would be a great first.

@salome05 Lemme tell you, when I saw them live, it wasn't just a concert. It was like a spiritual experience. Just, pure bliss. It went so fast and the crowd was one complete thing, all singing even after the concert. Something any AF fan should experience <3

Plus I converted a friend of mine into a fan, so I'll have my buddy along with me and we'll both enjoy the magical and spiritual experience only Arcade Fire can provide :)

@gleek52 Saw them in Chicago a few weeks ago. I hardly remember anything of what happened during the concert, just the emotions and energy that ran through me and thousands of other people. Amazing. GO SEE THEM LIVE!!! Do whatever it takes because it's completely worth it. Just uhh...don't kill anyone for a ticket ;).
