You'll definitley be able to play on High with no lag. But, for maxium, there will be an amount of lag online, but for campaigne it's hard to say. Still, you should BUY CRYSIS!

its impossible to make 3 way sli with gtx 295, since these cards already have 2 gpus each. you can make only 2 way sli, and in theory you'll get QUAD SLI, because it's 2 GPUS + 2 GPUS....

better take a hd4850 and waiting 5-6 months and take a new card. the 9800GT is really old for now, even the new generations are incomeing soon, so it will a waste of money to buy 2x 9800GT. but anyway you can also take the money for a HD4870 1GB still the same price, newer, consume less power and still a bit faster...

I may not be mathematically correct. I was keeping an eye on the FPS indicator while recording with FRAPS and it was varying from 9 to 15. So the avg may be around 11-13 fps. But since Crysis effectively uses graphics blending it is playable in low fps.

Higher clock speed in 9600GT doesn't make it a better card. With 112 stream processors or unified shaders(compared to only 64 in 9600GT) 8800GT can deliver better graphics and performance on higher settings. By looking at the two videos you can simply understand which one is bettter since we both recorded it with fraps. And I'm playing at 1440*900 res (unlike 1024*768 with 9600).As far as FPS is concerned I can oc my 8800GT to 700Mhz without as glitch.

See, there is no ingame settings called ultra high.The settings are all on very high. But I have used the ultra high mod(which replaces the cvagroup folder with a modified one). Hence the title "ultra high".
