@bonedragon17 depends on skill really. zerg can rush fast but can easily be countered if you know there gunna do it. terren are best long into the game so i wouldent say it would be them. if toss was able to get a proxy pylon in your base and you never knew it, they could warp in units in your base and you would be screwd.
Just play WC3 or SC1, learn to micro and macro properly. The fancy tricks that the gosu players have learned will most of them be rendered useless in SC2 and they'll have to invent new ones.
It will put the good and best players on even footing.
Who would win if everyone in a 3 free for all match decided to rush each other? ... Zerg plater, protoss player, or terran player?
Meaning which would be able to send out a lethal amount of units first?

no, the game is constantly changing, the version shown is already outdated.
They aren't even close to getting the unit's stats and abilities finalized.
