  • he clearly fell on his own. i suppose the ocifer got a promotion after the video was shown.

  • its funny how so many ppl are saying "thats what u get for drinking and driving"....did u guys even listen or watch? lol....ppl these days

  • cops can burn in fucking hell

  • Fuck these little faggots trying to defend the actions of these cops. Probably little high-school and middle school faggots raised by christian conservative parents. Same faggots that grow up to be cops.

  • thats what happens. could that girl shut the fuck up for one minute

  • C'mon YT. Stop this error try again stuff. Who is trying to stop comments from being posted??

  • @kingcrawler he wasnt driving his girlfriend found him on thr side of the road started waking.him home then found.a.ride that person got pulled over not him he was a.passenger so no the fucking cop wasn't just doing his job he's just lying so his pigass doesn't have to find another job where he can bully people

  • Sue the fuckers.

  • He wasn't driving drunk, some guy came and them up.

  • He's doing his job. Fucking ignorant fools. That's what you get for drinking and driving.

  • @Dethien2335 shut the fuck up what if ur head was slammed on the ground?

  • cops dont carry guns to defend the people they cary guns to defend themselfs. If you wanted to pretend authority . how would you do it ????????

  • Just feel.... REALLY¿ ..... hello officer dumbass you know u have a dash cam right.....

  • power abuse is such a sad thing...

  • shoulda slammed him harder

  • unbelievable

  • I as a police officer am pretty upset with the way this officer took this handcuffed, intoxicated person down... Not cool at all... People like that gives all cops a bad name..

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 We knew you were an officer :) and that means you took an oath. If YOU cannot stand up and say to your chain of command, "NO I will NOT follow an unlawful order", then when you are ordered to load us into train cars, you will be well practiced in ignoring your own conscience. Please don't let that happen. I know some really good cops who understand this well. Unfortunately, there are plenty of the other kind. We need you to show them the way and save us all.

  • @petertrast haha how did you know? Its been a year since i graduated and yes i took an oath to uphold the constitution and protect the people of this country. I have never done a check point but honestly i support it. I don't mind someone stopping me for few minutes to ensure others motorists safety on the road. I just wish everybody else felt the same. I rather see somebody complaining about why he/she was stopped at a check point then an accident scene with dead bodies all over the road.

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 You can submit to illegal warrantless stops. It is your right. I will not. That is MY right :) Just don't put my cuffs on too tight if you need to arrest me for that :)

  • @petertrast well if you come to a check point, i hope you dont run it because its going to turn out bad for you at the end of the night lol I ll make sure not to hurt your wrist if that ever happens :)

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 Lol.. no I won't run a checkpoint. I will just affirm my 4th and 5th amendments and refuse to answer questions or give consent to search my car or even open my window :) Either they will get tired and wave me on, or they will force entry to my vehicle without a warrant or RAS and possibly arrest me. Since I never drink and drive (or drink at all!), it will end up being a violation of my rights in some way. This would only be further proof of where we are going

  • @petertrast Well you are already stopped, why dont u roll down your window and say "good evening officer, no i havent been drinking, have a great night, merry christmas." That will save your window from getting broken and you from getting arrested :)

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 It is the principal of the thing. "Anything you say can and will be used against you..." among other things :) We have the Amendments for a reason...

  • @petertrast If you are a criminal and doing something wrong i hope you say something that i can use against you... if you are a good citizen of this country, you have nothing to worry about as far as what comes out of your mouth :)

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 That might be what YOU would do, some cops are not so ethical. You know exactly what I mean, you may have seen "disorderly conduct" or "interference with an investigation" applied when nothing else was available.

  • @petertrast That does not apply in my book. If i have nothing against a person then I dont have a reason to hold him/her. My job is to go after those who are criminals... or those who are irresponsible and could end up hurting themselves or someone else with their irresponsibility.

  • i would say hit himself like that on the ground and ask him how he feels mother fucker...bastard and on top of that he lies he fell fuck your mom asshole.

  • Ummm, I love CopsOutofControl, but I do not agree with this video. Stop thinking every cop is a dick for a minute, when the kid falls, watch the cop, he tries to catch him and the kid slips from his arms. I do agree that a lot of cops are dicks and frame and beat people for no fucking reason, but this video shows the cop is in the right here. Watch it again.

  • That one does not look good. I don't understand why he ly about it. That makes no sense. I don't think he did anything criminal.

  • @1984inzeo you dont think the cop did anything criminal or you dont think the drunk did anything criminal?

  • If you people would look at the video CLOSELY, you would see the deputies hand behind the boys trying to push him back up -_-

  • @chaos1602 YES! Thank you!! He's trying to catch the kid! Only video so far that I've had problems with on this channel

  • @SaigraEntertainment Exactly! People really need to relax and actually watch a video instead of just reading a few comments and making their opinion based on the opinions of others!

  • Amazing how no one is commenting on the victims colour of skin ,keep scenario change colour and White ppl will forget cops are indeed just pigs period! Americans shame on you

  • @hyper10shun Shut up.

  • @CarlChub lmao blesss

  • Wow....all these pigs deserve to die...

  • @kylejc141414 you are so naive

  • @kylejc141414 Fucking dumb prick. Fuck your whole life.

  • The cop should have just told the truth here. He was throwing someone down when he was struggling. In slow motion you can see the cop try to catch his head before it hits the pavement. There was no intent to hurt him there, but he shot himself in the foot when he lied about it....dumby.

  • @TheNorem no it was an intent to hurt you don't pull anybody that hard and not intend to hurt them the only reason he tried to catch him was because he saw he was going to hit the ground to hard you want td not expecting them to hit the groundo believe in cops that badly that you would even vouch that he wasn't trying to hurt him like i said you dont pull on anybody that har

  • @TheNorem - no intent to hurt? are you totally fucking stupid? his actions were over the top and he should be going to jail for assault!!!!

  • @fowzie777 There was no intent to hurt that person. It's a fact. He wouldn't have tried to catch him if there were. I also think that you need to be thrown to the ground and stomped on. Good day.

  • 90% of cops are just criminals with a badge.

  • @RenayaBloodrose so fucking true

  • @RenayaBloodrose i tottally agree

  • The cop lied, but the cop also did not slam him on the ground. You can clearly see that the cop had his arm behind Pikyevit's shoulders as he goes down, but Pikyevit slid out as he was landing on the ground. Hitting his head was an accident, but the cop's lie is unforgivable.

  • Fuck the girlfriend

  • whats amazing about all these freakin videos is that these scumbags KNOW THEY ARE ON CAMERA and they're STILL STUPID

  • the police officer pulled the person to the floor causing their head to smash against the floor if he would have died this would have been involuntary manslaughter conviction against the police officer. No one gets away from the law when it comes to unjustified assaults.

  • Fuck the cops.

  • Nobody knows what was going on before the video. I'm sure the kid deserved this.

  • @BJJXguard Are you fucking serious!?!?! He was in no condition to defend himself AND the cop lied to EMS about his injury! The kid could have died from that impact to the head! Not to mention the cop is a sworn entity of the state and tried to cover up his crime - that's a felony!

Go eat a bowl of dicks and cry in the corner, you asshole!

  • @kingkrawler LOL... well said. Cop needs to be fired and jailed and made someone's bitch, lying piece of crap.

  • @kingkrawler If he wasn't drinking and driving it wouldn't have happened. The man is doing his job and you should respect that. So fuck off.

  • @BJJXguard

Hahaha, I LOVE the mental gymnastics coplovers will desperately go through as their feeble minds search for any reason, any reason at all to justify an officer's abuse of power.

When a cop puts three bullets into your chest for looking at him the wrong way I wonder if your last thoughts will be "Well....I probably deserved this....somehow..."

  • @BJJXguard you are a fucking idiot.

  • @BJJXguard watch the video and think for a few seconds.

the officers camera shows them being pulled over at approx 14 : 18 : 23

at 14 : 19 : 50 he is already in handcuffs with everyone out of the car.. not even two minutes time. i bet he did a whole lot in that time to "deserve it" if anything you deserve this. i hope a cop hits you with his car and we will see how you deserve it

  • @rockrollboy7 So in other words, you support police brutality. You saw the cop pulled him to the ground, which could have killed him, with his hands cuffed behind his back. Even though the guy was not a threat to the cop, he went on to abused his power, lied to the other cop and the EMS and you think that's okay? Then you go wishing someone gets hit by a car. No one is above the law, and idiots like him and you give good officers a bad name. You're so pathetic.

  • @BJJXguard So if you don't really know what's happening on the video, how can you say that the kid deserved it? It's like saying I don't like your comment, so maybe you deserve to get your head slammed against the pavement. You make no sense at all.

  • @BJJXguard How can a kid deserve an accident? The cop had his arm behind the kid, so dropping him on the ground was unintentional. However, the cop lied, which is unforgivable. The kid could have died from the cop's accidental dropping of the kid on the ground.

  • @tjhombs That was a forceful throw my friend definitely far from a so called "drop". His head hit the ground hard with the force of being thrown backwards into the pavement..... Cop just realized he fucked up after he violently threw the kid and tried to prevent what could have been a life threatening concussion.

  • yea that cop went too far for sure. Usually I defend police when they beat up loser criminals, but this guy didnt deserve that. Foolish move, that attourney has a great case there.

  • drunk as fuck on a tuesday at 2pm.......my hero

  • fuck that dude these mutha fuckas out here are all tuff and shit and wanting to fight cops......i mean come on mayne the guy is obviously drunk and delusional.... but you have to listen to the law....the cop was clearly putting the kid on the ground he even tried catching his head b4 it hit the ground really police brutality...i mean REALLY YOUTUBE>>> look for yourself at 0:10 you can see that

  • @xXmikey1123Xx so from what I gather from your poor skills in English is that the cop tried to gently and gracefully place this guy on the ground? REALLY? you sir are a fucking idiot, it is very clear in the video that this power tripping cop (pig) grabbed the guy while in handcuffs and slammed him to the ground, the cop only tried to grab his head after he realized he was using too much force and tried to lessen the impact of his head hitting the ground. Now go smoke some more crak looser.

  • @sniper152 The cop grabbed the kid - check.

The cop forcefully pulled the kid back - check. Brutality? Questionable.

The cop dropped the kid on the ground - no, the cop tried to catch him - see this arm BEHIND the kid as he goes down?

The kid slides off of the cop's arm - check.

The kid hits his head on the ground - check.

The cop lies about what happened - gotha red-handed. This is the part that should piss everyone off. The kid could have died.

  • @tjhombs - you are braindead!!! and fucking retarded.....the cop should never have jerked the kid back like that and if you or i did that, even if we tried to stop the head from hitting the ground, we would be charged with assault...plus he lied to a peace officer which is also a crime....and he lied to the EMT's which further endangered the kids life...get a fucking grip...

  • WANT TO STOP this type of OPPRESSION? YOU TUBE SEARCH: Anonymous: Resistance Begins NOW. System Failure: Imminent.

  • this is y so many people hate cops

  • i say we should have rally then the biggest riot agianst these

fuck'n cops do it somewhere no one can stop us!!!

  • Cops caught lying like this should serve 10 years in prison in GENERAL POPULATION. Damn bullies with badges.

  • at least the cop tried to stop him from falling, id say he was so drunk he just fell when the cop pulled at him

  • You can SEE that the officer PULLED him down with FORCE you can even see him GEARING UP to do it. He put his right leg out and YANKED him back by his shirt, and you can HEAR the cop SCREAM "GET DOWN" after he slammed his head into the ground. and you can also see he tried to support the kids neck and the kid slipped OUT of his arm.

  • how about holding your alcohol

  • police corruption at its finest....hope they burn in hell

    \

  • 0:02 NAW NIGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. hahhahahahahahah hilarious

  • @xx2n23 mega retard.

  • did the cop was arested or not>?

  • It clearly shows the cop did not try to smash the kid's head into the ground. Yes, he purposely pulled him off his feet, even giving the appropriate warning to the young woman, but it shows that the cop's hands had slipped off the kids head. But yes, he did lie on camera. But why was this kid drunk and passed out on the side of the road to begin with? What happened to him? Or is this a "blame the cop and forget why I was drunk to begin with" type of thing.

  • @Jerrid3 wow of course somebody has to stand up for those crooked thugs when their obviously in the wrong...

and they wonder why people kill cops huh?!!

  • I'm all for bouncing the cop's head off the pavement. Fair is fair!

  • That was a tight ass lie!!.....except for the camera on the cops car...LOL!!!!!

  • That was a tight ass lie!!.....except for the camera on the cops car...LOL!!!!!

  • sadly, nothing surprises me any more at the brutality of the police. Out here in California they love to shoot first.

  • What was the end result?

  • Some cops are wrong, but it be wrong to judge every cop based on this video or any number of encounters you've had with one. That said, there is enough bad cops to know there needs to be some change. Some barely know the law they are payed to keep in order.

  • To SGTBaker... Your the law and that means you are an example of what is expected of the law. Whether he derseverd to be punished or not is not the cops choice on hand. This is not Korea or China do your dam job right or leave. Here in America soldiers have died for the right to a fair trial. We are not comunist. SGTBaker F..you and I pray your kids dont have to deal with the assholes you call police. .\/. Ya Moron

  • @gunnguy12 He was NOT following instructions, and I don't believe he purposely pulled him to the ground. I know what country this is, thank you though for the reminder. I am not the law, SGTBaker is not police SGT. I would rather you didn't evoke the name of American Soldiers in the same comment as the other stupid dribble you spouted. I have no children, I see no reason to bring them into a world where people like you think you are correct about everything you tiny mind believes.

  • So he pulls over a drunk driver, attempts to arrest him, jerks him purposely to the ground, but still tries catch him as he falls, as is evident in the video. There is no excuse for the lying, none whatsoever. 99% of the videos you have posted could have been prevented by either listening to what your told and arguing your case later or by not breaking the law in the first place. He was admittedly too drunk to stand but he was operating a 2 ton piece of metal in a residential area... wow.

  • @SGTBaker23 To SGTBaker... Your the law and that means you are an example of what is expected of the law. Whether he derseverd to be punished or not is not the cops choice on hand. This is not Korea or China do your dam job right or leave. Here in America soldiers have died for the right to a fair trial. We are not comunist. SGTBaker F..you and I pray your kids dont have to deal with the assholes you call police. .\/. Ya Moron

  • @SGTBaker23 TEN HUT - Are you at room temperature? He wasn't driving. If you watched the video, it states they were picked up by a man to drive them but he was pulled over. Drop down and give me 20!

  • cops need to be shot on site, they are not here to protect and serve they are here to brutalize and abuse. i hate all cops, if there was any good cops, then why arent they standing up against this? because there is no good cops.

  • @plumba75 Your a fucking idiot.

  • "he just fell", FUCK YOU. Cops need to be outfitting with camera and audio recording so we can monitor them 24-7

  • @hello3483 It's spelled faggot. Moron.

  • @trick29420 nobody cares faget. FAAAAAAAAG

  • @hello3483 oooo scary.

  • @hello3483 aww is it your time of the month

  • @trick29420 Best idea I've heard yet, outfit every cop with a camera that uploads everything they do to the net to a secure server they DON'T have access to so they can't delete it.

If they try to block or disable the camera, or disable the audio, they get an automatic suspension.

  • @trick29420 um the cops car did have audio and video lol thats why we are watching this clip........... lol

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 yeah, the car, but the police themselves need to be wiretapped so that all conversations are recorded, at a third party location, for later examination.

  • @trick29420 cool if you want to pay for that kind of technology out of your tax money, go ahead and start sending some money because it will cost shit loads of money for each officer to be hooked up with that stuff :))

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 A small mic and tape recorder would cost like $12. Trust me, the police departments blow a whole lot more tax money on other useless toys and bullshit.

  • @trick29420 Buddy, im a cop.... we already carry a mic on us, and theres a video recorder in the car... as soon as u activate ur lights to stop someone, it goes 30 prior to lighting up and starts recording every encounter you have with the civilian... I don't know what else you're asking for lol

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 Public access to recorded audio and video. Some fucking accountability.

  • @trick29420 Oh good idea, let the public have access to police audio and video so all the criminals know how to operate because they can see and hear what the police are doing 24/7... Did you really think this through before coming up with this idea? My guess would be... hmmmm let me think.... NO? :)

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 Delay the feed a few hours. Even 24 hours would be fine. For public employees, which police are, there shouldn't be any problem releasing all records of their daily activity to the public, ie, those that pay for their "services".

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 Besides, criminals already own police scanners, they don't have much of a problem eavesdropping currently. But audio/ video recording should be required for all police activity, raids, stops, checkpoints, swat, etc etc etc. And made available for public eyes and ears when safe to do so. If police understood that what they did would always be caught on tape, then i think corruption among cops would drop substantially.

  • @trick29420 So lets air the checkpoints so crimianls/ drunk drivers can take a different route and possibly end up killing one of your loved ones? lol I bet you wouldnt say this now... Yes people do own police scanners but whats aired on police scanners are limited. Thats why police use 10 codes and do not air everything through the radio. If people could hear police mics, then they would know EVERYTHING about police operation. Criminals would love your idea, but not me...

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 Are you dumb? Checkpoints, are clearly marked anyway, people can always avoid them. And how would they be able to know where they are with a 24 hour delay? Do you know how to read? The checkpoint would be closed by then. I don't agree with checkpoints in the first place but they exist. Criminals don't give a shit either way. But crooked ass cops would hate it. And a crooked ass cop is many times worse than your standard criminal. So fuck off, and go eat some donuts.

  • @trick29420 Where did you in our conversation mention 24 hour delay you troll? Also im not going to get down to your level by cursing. Its just a sign of being wrong and not being able to get your point across. When an incident occur that needs investigation, the tapes get pulled anyways and thats how they investigate the officers actions. There may be 1 crooked cop in a whole department, but there are shit loads of criminals walking around your loved ones freely. Dont like donuts, thx anyways.

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 Checkpoints are unConstitutional... oh wait, that's right, cops don't keep that oath anymore, do they?? I do not submit to questioning or ID or any type of cooperation at a checkpoint. It is a warrantless stop. Try reading the Constitution and think about that oath. Or were you just a liar when you swore to defend the Constitution?

  • @petertrast Checkpoints are a must... If its going to reduce the amount of drunk driving or crime rate in the area im all for it. You will know when you lose a loved one by a drunk driver one day, until then i have nothing to say to you. good bye.

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 I lost a friend to a drunk driver. I am sorry for your loss, but violating my rights to keep you safe is not an option. Half of fatal crashes happen late night, two thirds of those are unbelted. If drunk driving accounts for 66% of fatalities, then outlaw alcohol OR enforce the current laws better. How about 5 years for attempted murder or something like that. Stopping everyone? Warrantless stop. "Those that would sacrifice liberty for safety deserve neither"

  • @petertrast dude get real please, if you're not doing anything wrong, stopping for 2 minutes and talking to police will not freaking kill you unless you have something to hide. They are out there to get people who are wrong doing, so unless you're one of those people you have nothing to worry about. If people stopping for 2 minutes at a check point is going to save one persons life that night im all for it and you should be too. Think outside the box.

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 So maybe you should let the cops stop by your house and rummage through your closets anytime they feel like it. After all, you may be a terrorist with a nuke and this might save millions of lives... this the logical slippery slope of your thinking. Police must NEVER be allowed to "check" us JUST BECAUSE they want to. it violates the 4th amendment. Afraid of drunk drivers? DON'T DRIVE. It is considered a privilege after all. Find a safer way to get around.

  • @petertrast Dont feel like stopping at check points then DONT DRIVE and you won't be stopped! :) after all driving is a privilege...

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 LOL, touche :) I said "privilege" tongue in cheek. I believe that traveling is a right, not a privilege, regardless of what the state says and despite their interference in our right. The Supreme court even supports this in cases where "sovereign citizens" refuse to get state "licenses". They can have a checkpoint if they want, but they will not get any info from me :) I will resist their fascism at every turn as peacefully as they will let me.

  • @petertrast Well when they stop people for DUI check point, they dont really care about your personal info, all they want to do is walk up to the driver to make sure he/she isnt intoxicated. You have the right not to answer any questions if you like... You are absolutely correct, traveling is a right... Thats why there are trains, buses, airplanes and metro's :) Don't have to drive to travel, you have a lot of options :))

  • @FenerbahceSK7584 Look i understand that your intent is GOOD, but you know the old saying about intentions paving the road to hell. They have no LEGAL AUTHORITY to check. It is a pandora's box. And TODAY I just saw on the news, TSA is now doing random stops of semi-trucks to check for weapons and materials for terror. Slipping, slipping, freedom ALL gone. You cannot give them an inch. Period. Get a warrant or stop me with probable cause, i.e. swerving, etc. Otheriwse NO :)

  • I would never handle a situation this way. What's up with him being drunk in the middle of the day with a completely sober girlfriend anyway. Officers' need to be careful while out on the job, but this guy was handcuffed and obviously drunk. All officers should know that every time they light that bar up the dash camera is on, what an idiot. They didn't show everything either. Something funny also, listen just before the guy goes down. The officer actually tells the girl to step back.

  • @TheHairmeister Doesn't matter that he was drunk in the middle of the day, is there a law against drinking at an early hour?

  • another thing that realy bugs me is that cops dont get arrested for abusing their power, and the most that they will do is just suspend them from their job for a week or to.. mostly nothing! i fucking hate how the government breaks its own laws every day

  • Even criminal fuckers would lie and cover their ass so why shouldnt they since they are dealing with them? But i think it was a disgusting act from this officer and i hope he is fired today and never can go back to the police.

  • What happened to the policeofficer who throw him down to the concrete?

  • Comment removed

  • @AlmostDutchman they protect themselves, and serve summons to steal money. But yes, in no way are they any good for anyone.

  • fuck the police

  • Good, hit him again!

  • hey thats my cousin so you can all fuck off okay!

  • he was talking shit. cop should have shot him.

  • its obv the cop tried to not make his head hit the ground, his hand slipped off his head at the end and its obv that he didnt want him to get hurt. he lied because he was scared nothing wrong here

  • @FeaRLuffy Yeah nothing wrong about this....... i think the cops should arrest you for smoking so much crack that you think this is correct police behaviour

  • @FeaRLuffy Yeah nothing wrong about this....... i think the cops should arrest you for smoking so much crack that you think this is ok. He lied BECAUSE HE KNEW HE HAD FUCKED UP BIGTIME LOL.

  • IF I COP IS FUCKIN WITH YOUR LIFE, YOU DAM WELL BETTER FUCK WITH THEIRS. if a pig trys beatin me, ill turn and beat him to death in self defense... like thats not what he would try on me. haha not today prick

  • Jus a pig being a fucking white ass pig, an look they even hate Asians, i geuss the only law abiding citizen is a fat white guy holding a soda

  • feel sorry for this kid happends to the best of us

  • WHEN IT ALL GOES DOWN AND WE TAKE BACK THIS COUNTRY FROM THESE MOTHER FUCKERS LETS KILL ALL THE POLICE

  • ITS TIME TO BBQ SOME F'N PIGS!!!

  • That's they guy fault for not wearing a helmet. smh

  • Cops not only beat and abuse, like any ordinary crook, but they also lie to try and cover there ass. Just like a crook or criminal. They are no better, just getting payed to lie and abuse people.

  • @Pumpedmuscle Thank you, the whole department is a organized crime gang. Also, they rob you too, tickets/fines are here to steal money. i mean you either pay up or they come for you and lock you up, just like a crook or criminal. They KILL you too. Also if someone tries to video tape a cop doing his crimes, he confiscates that evidence. Like a criminal covering his own ass.

Police are just criminals WITH the ability to get away with it. We d ont need a reform, we need to get rid of them.

  • @Pumpedmuscle retard faget

  • @Pumpedmuscle Respectfully, they are much worse. With great power comes great responsibility.

  • The police are armed and retarded they all are overpayed under worked and most of them are fat so fat that they cannot do their jobs so all they got to resort to is brutality or to shoot you becase after 1 minute of work they are exhausted as hell they will shoot you and put that back up gun in your hand. It is obvious that the police are the enemy of the people they are all armed and retarded and overplay they will do any thing to keep thir job even kill you police armed and retarded

  • biggest, most dangerous gang in the country.

  • [Norman Mailer was right when he lamented that fascism is what most people want.]

  • they are terorist with govt. approval

  • They really need to do psychiatric evaluations on people applying to join the police force. If they have any particular attraction to power or violence, they should be disqualified.

  • If I was the cop I would have said... "I cuffed the dumb ass drunk, he wouldn't stand still, so I smashed his fucking head on the ground. And besides Sarge, they are not married and are going to bring another bastard into this world, that I will have to eventually raise from my taxes.

  • Wow, these are fucked up cops.

  • The fact that the cop lied is absolutely unacceptable. But if you just use your ears and listen, you'll find out that you won't get your head smashed into the ground.

  • @AZtwoNE Yea, well that's another way of just accepting this brutality. Unless a cop is swung on first they don't have the right to hit you, smack you, or throw you on the ground. The kid wasn't resisting. Fuck em, there's more of us than there is of them.

  • lol

  • Ive personally seen cops do WAY worse than this, lol. This is totally laughable. They are just union thugs doing whatever they want without consequences.

  • We need to reduce the number of police in America. What dumbass decided that more is better? Adding more cops quickly is just allowing people with mental problems to be excepted on the force. We need to raise our standards and reduce the force.

  • @kapacon well when the crime rate rises you need more, but they should do thorough background checks and have psychologists so we can make sure we don't repeat history.

  • What a corrupt world we live in, where a cops world is the only word. Well they got this on camera you fucking asshole redneck mother fucker! I hope you go to prison bitch, I'd kick your ass myself if you wouldn't pull out your gun or taser or night stick. Fucking bitch...

  • @Mgonzalessoobahk1 Police have a duty of care, so u are wrong

  • @BrotherSkillz The officer did care. He trying to cuff him. He resisted. His girlfriend was even screaming for him to hold still. In an attempt to gain control of him in a potentially 3 vs 1 situation the officer took him to the ground and even attempted to cradle his head. The officer in my opinion went above and beyond trying to help this drunk minor.

  • @phantomjay0 You need a cat scan mate, Where Im from we dont just hand cuff people that are intoxicated,, First rule applies is the duty of care, asses the situation, if the person is loidering and causing trouble and has no intention to go home, Its a different matter, this person is being helped to go home, now other things apply, he is a minor, tought time these days for teens, take that into account and ask him some questions , Why U get drunk, where you comming from, do your parents (con)

  • @BrotherSkillz First of all I am not your mate. Second, we are not talking about where you are from. This occurred in the USA. Thirdly, the officer may cuff him by law because at that point in time as intoxicated as he was and him being underage, he was under investigative detention. And considering how intoxiacted and illogical he was acting it was a good idea for him to be cuffed. And again, I am making logical and mature statements and all people can do is attack me.

  • @phantomjay0 Do your parents know where you are? If the minor is too intoxicated to give a good reply, there is ways to get his I.D, and as a duty of care even take him H-O-M-E, Above and beyond my arse, He as a officer needs to also think about the minors parents, a Duty of care for them is to bring the son back home safely. or u can be a arsehole and arrest him when his friends are puting him in a truck toget him home safetly, ppftt fucking arseholes Fuck u to for ur shitty assessment.

  • @phantomjay0 because you talk like a mindless drone, u been train to talk like that
