its pretty simple to find earth its always on the left side of the milky way also you might see something glowing big and bright if you have good eyes and thats the sun and then you just go there and tada you see the sun and then head back to earth

Here is a quick way to get the frequent flyer 4 badge (you need it to get the interstellar drive 4, which is the minimum required drive to get to Sol, because of the big gap right before it).

Anyways, to get it you need to travel between 800 solar systems, AFTER YOU GET THE FF3 BADGE!!!. To do this just fly between your home star and another one close by a bunch of times. You don't even have to travel all the way to the star. Hope this helps.
