All the hate is comming from Bagramian Battalion. There has also been conflict in Javakheti duchie of Georgia where Armenians were demanding the autonomy, but it there was no actuall violence and disagreement has been solved.

Yes Armenians are not technically Orthodox, but they form part of the same civilization as Orthodox countries whose common roots are in the Eastern Roman Empire. "Orthodox" is not just a strict religious distinction but also a cultural one. It would be really helpful if there were a secular name to describe this relationship.
