Boy loves his gorgeous car -- 'meant to say "C" pillar; however, "C-level" anything correlated CEB '58s would rate criminal ... Beyond that NOISE CANCELLATION would be ideal, a la the much cheaper Rolls Royce Clouds. Oops, did you see at the end -- he ambles onto homestead's septic tank cover that caves in ... Party popper. Notice, though, he avoids delving into either the car's mechanics (under hood) or interior; likely, he lacks the prized original lady''s cosmetic/toiletries, when new!
Its amazing how clean this car was before I started the restoration on it. The cars restoration will be complete this comming spring. I will post a video after it is complete.
@daved: Comparing an Escalade to a Maybach is pretty funny. Almost as funny as your inflation estimates. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, $13k in 1953 = $106k in 2010. Escalades are nothing more than re-badged GMC Yukon's anyway...
hard to believe that car was $13,000.00 new in 1957 that's equivalent to about $200,000.00 in 2009 dollars that would probably be todays escalde or maybach

Us car guys could give a damn about gas mileage. I'll pay 6 dollars a gallon at 10 miles to the gallon.
