@beta961 i'd rather be in philidelphia-season 6 episode 21 i think. basically, he and rory had a HUGE fight because when they were apart logna got with lots of girls and rory saw it as cheating on her, and never really forgave him. to take his mind off it and as his last act before he went into business logan went to do a life and death brigade stunt which went wrong. he jumped off a cliff and barely got his parachute out and was seriously injured...collapsed lung, head trauma, broken ribs etc.
