You know the official rules? I don't think so. Boxer SCV bunker rushed all the time on televised matches. It is about winning. There are no rules. This isn't wrestling lol. A Korean starcraft amateur can be compared to a pro starcraft player in other countries.

TossGirl is by no means in the 'upper echelon' of pro's [boxer, nada, gorush, Grr...], she is a great player, but very overrated, as semi-shown in this match. She makes a lot of errors compared to other progamers and could have held out longer if she took a turtling approach, which isn't really her normal style. However, very few pro's would be able to win in a 2v1; the only one's I'd give a good chance are BoxeR in his prime days and July.
