  • @DEATHM4SK i wonder what would've happend if spider-man wasn't there to stop the thief

  • at 3:37 the guy that paid spider-man $100 was running to the elevator

  • there were 2 people in each police car, 3 car's were in pursuit

  • @SugaredBacon117 i bet its funny when your uncle dies

  • "Hey Parker, you know my favorite brand of rice?"

    "No, what?"

  • does anyone know the title of the song that's playing throughout the video? :) thanks!

  • @IchkinderSURPRISE ''spiderman out of revenge'' :)

  • I love the stylized camera angle on 0:18-0:22; I'm guessing Raimi intentionally did it to create the effect of comic book frames flashing by, as he changes for the first time. Just one of so many things I love about this movie.

  • I love how when he jumps and swings he's like ''HAAAAAAHH!!''

  • spiders can't actually do that right?

  • Birth of a HERO!

  • and thanks to the guy that named him spideman peter idea was the human spider the guy that worked at the wrestling arena the birth of spideman!

  • sandman killed uncle ben

  • Lol what an idiot. He shot the shadow. Like that would hurt Spider-Man.

  • this foo was shooting at peter's shadow! lol 2:59-3:02

  • RIP Cliff Robertson you will be dearly missed but never forgotten

  • and in the original comic, Uncle Ben was not killed by a carjacker, didn't some burglar or robber break into the house and he got shot trying to defend May?

  • RIP Cliff Robertson, he passed away yesterday

  • the new movie wont be like these spiderman movies

  • @jayd4ever you will never know

  • BUT the whole point is, this bugger didn't kill his uncle. It's some stupid old man who pulled the trigger accidentally when his accomplice scared the shit outta him.

  • 1:03 ohhh $HHHHIIIITTTTT

  • 3:10 keep playing it

  • @yomamasapeach LMFAAOOOO

  • At 2:26 imagine what the killer was thinking

    AGH CRAP RED NINJA!!!!

  • @Keilanify in theory he wasnt the killer, if you watched spiderman 3 he was just the get away driver.

  • @Keilanify A crawling red ninja

  • 1:02 - anyone else hear "ERMAC" in their head when they saw this shot?

  • how did he pull his web back at 3:05

  • Did you give my uncle a chance, motherfucker? Did ya? Trip on that pipe and fall to your death!!!! Aahhh!!! Blood rage!!! :D

  • Yes, I'm with most everyone here. Years later, this is the scene I remember the most from the Raimi Spider-man films. It's raw, visceral, and classic Spidey, and then on top of that, they showed us mechanics of webslinging we could feel and understand. Love this scene.

  • this is my fav part of the hole film!! gives u goose pimples!!

  • 1:58 was awsome!

  • i never get thumbs up =(

  • 13-54 is soooo epic!

  • I feel that adrenaline pumping.

  • Man I can imagine the adrenaline pumping on 1:00 before he makes his first actual swing fucking love that shit!!!

  • 3:54 it's kind of insane that there are actually people who can do that.

  • god damit.... for my humanities class i have to translate hamlet's 2nd soliloquy to modern dialect relating to a movie... i chose spiderman thinking it be easy.... you know his unce being dead and all....

he doesn't say a word...... he immediately starts heading after the guy!!!! Not a word.... fml no ideas from this...

  • My only real problem with the origin in the movie was that Peter made absolutely no effort to save uncle Ben's killer from falling to his death. That pretty much screws up the whole "with great power comes great responsibility lesson", he isn't supposed to take revenge out on the killer because that wouldn't be responsible... And it wasn't.

I like how in TSSM, they pretty much did the whole movie origin, but Spidey actually saved the killer because WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY.

  • @bewaretheconficker ye but responsibility or not you wudnt let sum1 that killed ur relative/loved one survive wud u? I kno i wudnt id just beat the living crap outta them and teach them a lesson of my own! =)

  • @RobbieCBPBarlow Spider-Man let him survive in the comics because it was the right thing to do, killing him would be out of pure desire for revenge would be wrong.

  • @bewaretheconficker ye ur right i see wot u mean

  • @bewaretheconficker yea but spiderman didnt kill him, he killed himself for not watching out look at the video

  • @AwesomeOne513 Peter still should have made an effort to save him, the Spidey I know from the comics would have.

  • @bewaretheconficker This movie was supposed to be a little dark..So why save the guy?! ;D

  • @shizodizo I didnt think the movie was supposed to be dark, it was campy had a lighter feel. It was a good tone for Spidey, because that's what Spider-Man is. Spider-Man doesn't kill people, the Spidey I know would have made an effort at least.

  • @bewaretheconficker Ok...soo if the killer killed your uncle like father and you were Spidey you wouldn't take revenge?

  • @Eminem841547 Spider-Man wouldn't do that. It negates the whole lesson of 'with great power comes great responsibility'. If he killed the guy, that WOULDN'T be responsible.

He let his ego get to him and it resulted in his uncle's death. It was his fault, he knew that and there was no changing it. Taking it out on this guy wouldn't solve a thing.

  • @bewaretheconficker You're forgetting one important fact: Spider man's in shock and realisation, he didn't just let the man die, the man got himself killed through his own stupid actions and even tripped and fell himself, it's not like with power comes great responsibility because realistically he's still in shock after he realised he could of saved his uncle. He didn't take revenge on him and remember that he's still only just got his spider powers, it would of been difficult to save him.

  • @bewaretheconficker What if it happened really to you and you had his powers, what would you do? When angry you'll do anything without thinking.

  • @bewaretheconficker with great power, also comes great fun

  • If I were him, I would've done the same thing

  • i saw the movie yesterday and when he had that outfit on it reminded me of the guy from Kick-ass

  • notice at 3:12 when the robber gets his head smashed he screams the same way the second time he got smashed

  • wrong killer flint marko he finds that out in spiderman 3

  • @hock417 yes but that so sucks... sandman has nothing to do with uncle ben..he was just a pity criminal like shocker and anybody...in the comics too.. this idea is created later..and I prefer that killer...I mean this suits the film more and make it more dramatic. Great power comes great responsibility.

  • I loved it when he finally got the hang of web swinging. they gonna ruin this franchise with this reboot.

  • @PrometheuzReturns No they aren't. They are being in more tuned to the comics in the reboot. He actually has webshooters now. The new costume looks cool to.

  • @DarthSithShem I prefer organic webshooters, myself!

  • @PrometheuzReturns Yeah but normally if you dont already know this if used too much of the organic webshooters that would weaken you or you will run out for a short time. this has happened to venom.

  • @PrometheuzReturns But then again i will use organic webshooters for my character in my comic im making. -_-. and the organic webshooters won't weaken him or he wont run out. ^^

  • @DarthSithShem The New costume isn't cool at all..It doesn't even look like spider-man...and the ator is so skinny...I think Tobey Maguire is the only Spiderman..and because Sam Raimi is not directing the reboot...It's going to suck..believe it or not..Spiderman is the only superhero movie that catches like every move of the hero..In superman returns Superman was flying too fast and yu couldn't even see him..just like in Iron Man..The incredible hulk wasn't that good because they made him weaker

  • @shizodizo

To be fair, Spider-Man in the comics was kind of skinny and lanky while maintaining an athletic body type.

The reboot itself is exploring Peter Parker being Spider-Man while he's still in High School. You have to remember he was Spider-Man during his Freshman/Sophmore year of High School, which hasn't been explored in the film. Plus we FINALLY get the Lizard on the big screen.

  • @LastSunrise1981 That why not to say Andrew Garfield wont do a good job in the role I just wished the producers went after a actor in the range 18 - 20 year old and the one good actor who I had in mind for that is that kid from Percy Jackson and the lightling Thief. Cause Garfield is too old to be a High School Kid, if anything the reboot should of been set in college and then he would be classed in it cause he looks physically mid - 20's not late 20's

  • Great video DEATHM4SK

  • This was one of my favorite scenes in SPIDERMAN
