There's no need to jump and re-hook, when you first use the grapple just wait until Lara has stopped swinging and then hold E (interact) and move up a little, then start swinging again. I think it's easier this way.
I'm almost done with Greece and this is still the one thing I haven't been able to do!! So do I actually unhook the grapple or just jump and do it do it after she's turned to head back? Also, do I aim her when I unhook/jump or does she automatically head that direction? I've honestly tried this at least 50 times. Lame.
