there are Valve weapons, but the original have the same stats and only differ by the name and the name-color and an effect on the weapon(sparklike thing)

Some premium servers allow you to use these weapons for a subscription fee. I had a friendly medic with a valve medigun latch on to me and I got so many kills I felt guilty and quit the game. I love TF2 but sometimes I wish the programming team would dial their 'asshole level' dials at least down from 11.

Valve weapons (if I remember correctly) are just hidden weapons that can only be accessed by the admin if they know how to get it, they all basically give health per hit, on kill you get crits that stack and they give extra health and base damage.
