I hate short films like this. It's clear that they make them like this for the sake of making them like this. It holds absolutely zero meaning behind it, the director probably just thought "Oh if I make it really weird, people will think I'm original and creative, when in reality, it's just a random sequence of events I thought up in order to seem artistic."

I'm not sure whether I find this disturbing, intriguing, or just confusing. Perhaps all three. But all the same it's a work of art that carries some sort of meaning to the artist. And for being able to put it out there I respect him. They should really put this into the abstract room at the Tate Modern.

I find thiss rather interesting, being an art student I wouldn't consider this to be art but this is in no way down to what you have created, it is just my personal opinion. I loved how one of your areas was on god (Religion), and many clips seemed to slightly relate to gravity (Science) particularly the tennis balls, not sure if you had this Idea in mind and if I'm reading to much into it, but anyway Well done :)

Post your Opinions. IMHO::The young man/YM stuck in the cycle of daily life (up and down tennis ball). The cycle is so routine he doesn't even have to look but the routine/tennis ball will continue to pound us til we are old/dead/sleeping. Life/world is coldly harsh in our walk to find God and He offers useless illusory comforts, the umbrella for protection, the drink for warmth. Note God's eyebrows ie Will you accept it? YM: Realizing the illusion he walks by ie Life is cold that's reality...

...Tango w/ car is the same daily cycle. note car leads the driver ie our routine drives us; tennis ball hits old man ie routine drives us. When the Moon stops the cycle; the music starts; we are enlightened; the sky views are illusions of movement it's al an illusory cycle; not really moving at all. At the end, the YM now at one with himself with no tennis ball to deal with (no illusory cycle; routine driving him) He smiles = he is free to walk away and live life enlightened.

The floating inexplicable carrot may be like the carrot we all toil for in our daily job. ie carrot on the stick. Our protagonist will take a bite of the carrot but then spits it out in rejection of the illusion (like he does with religion God) needing something more.
