  • My vet told me that cats grieve longer than dogs. It seemed to be true when my husband died. Buddy would not allow anyone to touch him. I am so happy someone is looking after her.

  • @bunnytooth2 it took her about 2 1/2 years to open up she was always sad. She was placed in a home about 6 months ago I think.

  • @KillerPenguinVideos it's Whiskas Purrfectly Fish Cat Food it's just the shape of the pouch, it's mushy.

  • Hope is really pretty! So sad that her owner passed away; but nice that you are caring for her.

You might end up with another cat if you fall in love with her. : )

  • she is, she is gray with flecks of gold all over. I don't need another cat lol, but she is taking a likeing to us. The faster I can find her a forever home with a women the faster I can get my next foster and rehome them :o)

  • When my mother passed away the cat that had bonded to her, Lucky, passed away from a broken heart... We never realized because we had 10 other cats at the time, plus Lucky only wanted my Mom's attention. Hope will need as much attention as you can spare her to get her through this. Youre doing great!

  • she is getting all the attention right now. She is curled up with my husband in the spare bedroom sleeping in his arms. I was surprised since she is scared of men, but my Husband is a HUGE cat person and she can sense that I think. She will be okay I think. I will put her up for adoption in maybe a month, but she is doing a lot better with me than now.
