  • Hope you don't have a leak, I fix leaks all the time, hard to find them, but I do,

  • @classicspaservice The foam tends to be wet at the source of the leak. The excellent R-Value and energy savings are a huge advantage versus the very rare chance of a leak.

  • What Spray machine are you using...

  • @sitehost Unsure...video provided by factory. I do know it is a 2 part foam.

  • Looks like a giant marshmallow in the microwave.

  • you missed a spot!

  • Good one. :-)

  • for the next step, set it on fire

  • The Official statement on this foam (and many others for that matter) is "does not support combustion." Not a problem or concern.

  • What happens if one of those many pipe fittings springs a leak? It must be murder cutting through all that foam to get to it to fix it.

  • This foam has unique characteristics. It doesn't get rock hard like many expansion foams. Leaks are practically a non-issue on our spas, but this foam is relatively easy to pick away if a leak develops. Repair is made and new foam (like Great Stuff) works fine for a small field repair.
